Payment Options
Free delivery applies to Pure Trio mattress orders for addresses across the East Coast states. The delivery service provided by the third-party courier company is limited to your address and does not include taking the item/s into your home, apartment or bedroom, or unpacking or installing them for you. Please ensure you have someone else with you at the time of delivery to help you to carry the item/s into your home and unbox them. For health and safety reasons, it is at the discretion of the delivery company as to whether they deliver your items to your door or into the foyer of a multi-level building. If you live in a multi-level building, in some instances your order may be delivered to the building’s loading dock for your collection. If you would prefer a white-glove delivery service, please contact us on 1800 787 387 and we would be happy to arrange this for you. A white-glove delivery service will incur an additional fee, the cost which varies based on your location and the size of the items purchased.
All orders received, and paid for in full, by 5pm on business days (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched from our factory the next business day (Monday to Friday).
